Illustration of female Eclectus parrotNLPR has just received a phone call from a gentleman in NORFOLK reporting a female Eclectus visitor to his garden feeders over the past three days. The gentleman has set up a trap-cage to lure her into it with the provision of an array of fruits. He will today be reporting his finding to the National lost, found and theft register, but asked NLPR to put out internet alerts and act as the first port of call for valid personal reasons.

Parrots are not the only ones with long memories, other bird species also hold long memories!
